Our Skills Priorities
The LSIP’s four skills priorities provide a shared framework for strengthening workforce capability, supporting productivity and improving access to opportunity across Sussex and Brighton.
Secure and grow technical capability across the Sussex and Brighton workforce and future pipeline to underpin innovation, productivity, business leadership, quality and environmental sustainability.
Make digital and technological capability a baseline expectation across the Sussex and Brighton workforce and future pipeline, supporting safe and responsible use of emerging technologies.
Embed skills for environmental sustainability and climate resilience across the Sussex and Brighton workforce and future pipeling, supported by leadership capability to enable consisten and effective implementation.
